eczema, steroid creams with moustrisers will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.I can understand your concern regarding your skin problem.

Recurring skin rash over the legs point towards eczema. It is a manifestation of skin damage.

It can result from many causes such as harsh soap, dryness of skin, chemicals etc.All these factors leads to water loss from skin layer producing dryness and itching ultimately leading to eczema.

Gold standard treatment for eczema is steroid cream.Clonate cream which you are using contains a steroid. But it is always better to use steroid with antiboitic combination like clonate f.This prevents secondary infection.

Since there is dryness it will be better to use a good moisturizer like cetaphil moisturizing cream.Use it immediately after bath.It will be better to avoid using harsh soap and warm water.Use steroid creams as and when required. In case there is severe itching you can take antihistaminics like cetrizine or hydroxizine.

Hope this will solve your query,In case you have any concerns I will be happy to help you.Take care.

Thanks for the prompt reply doctor.

I use the medicines for 10 to 15 days then the rashes were cured. After some time it is repeating in the same place if I left to take the medicines.

I request you to suggest me any dermatologist in XXXXXXX or in XXXXXXX area.
