Brief Answer:
Get VDRL test.Possible Syphilis

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,

I understand your concern.

Pertaining to the red patches, you possibly seem to have acquired a sexually transmitted infection like Syphilis.

Its important that you get it diagnosed.

For this I advise you to get a blood test for syphilis called VDRL.

This can accurately diagnose the infection.

Once positive the infection can be treated with drugs like Penicillin.

Regarding the stomach issues, they could possibly relate to changes of fatty liver or erosive gastritis subsequent to heavy consumption of alcohol.

For this I advise you to go for an ultrasound abdomen and an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy.

Further management is based on test results.
Post your further queries if any.

Thank you.
