I am Dr Saad Sultan and will be answering your query. I have gone through your query and reports and being your physician I understand your health concerns.
The red bumps which you are talking about is most likely hair follicle infection. You should not be worried about it. All you need is to stay calm and if I am your attending physician I will prescribe you antibiotics for it.you can add acetaminophen if you are having pain.
These bumps are not related to your chest problem .Shortness of breath has nothing to do with it.
Continue with your asthma treatment.
Hope your query is adequately addressed.
