Suggest Treatment For Red Patches On Face With Swelling

Question: Hi Dr., I am on the way to my Pain Management Dr. but I do have a ? for you.Two day's ago I noticed red patches on my nose,chin and the ridge above my eyebrows.There is some swelling and very sore to touch,almost like a sunburn.What is your guess as to cause? Thank You...

Follow up: Dr. Dr. Kakkar (3 hours later)

I asked the nurse at the Dr.'s office and it seems to only be inflamed on the chin and abit above the brow,about 3inches above the brow.It is not pimple or sore type of issue.Thank You Dr.for your time,I should have waited to ask at my office visit.I just did not want to bring this issue to my new Pain Management Dr.'s visit.
