I got a chance to view the attached images of the spots in speaking from another query and the previous doctor recommended anti-histamines, which I shall help you with along with a few other suggestions as well:

+Anti-histmaines: Chlorpheniramine and/or benadryl
+Clindamycin cream to be applied over the region after cleaning it well enough, twice daily
