Both these medicines are also good mood stabilisers and can prove useful in your case. These medicines will help in improving appetite. These medicines will improve sleep in night and will result in reduction of day time drowsiness.

If day time sleepiness persist then medicines like Armodafinil, Modafinil can prove useful. But take these medicines only if strongly needed.
