Brief Answer:
Possible restless legs syndrome.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

A feeling of discomfort when going into bed may be in the setting of what is called restless legs syndrome. It is characterized by an uncomfortable sensation in the legs with an urge to move them, often improved by moving.
It is usually in the absence of an underlying disease, but can at times be related to iron deficiency anemia, liver and kidney disease, diabetes etc, so some blood tests are advised to screen for those causes.

There is not a test to diagnose it, diagnosis is based on symptoms. So if symptoms fit the above description treatment can be started. It should consist in some lifestyle changes (avoiding stimulants like coffee in the evening, regular sleeping schedule, exercise) and if not enough medication of which the most common alternative are the dopamine agonist group of medication. If any cause like iron deficiency or diabetes is found of course it should be addressed.

I remain at your disposal for other questions.
