Noone will ever refuse a visit to a doctor.
An annual checkup is a good idea for more than one causes,
especially after the age of 40 years.
About your cardiac conditions, keep on taking the medicines,
I think that should keep the matters stable.
Especially now that you have had a valve replacement.
Keep checking the INR.
Similarly, surgery for spine is done,
So you need not worry about that,
I am not sure what was done for Ca Cervix.
But yes an annual visit to a doctor, as I said before, is always a good idea
Best of luck
