Suggest Treatment For Right Sided Headache Behind The Ear
Question: Few tiny discrete hypeintesities are seen in the bilateral frontal subcortical white matter on T2W/FLAIR images suggestive of non specific white matter changes.
Tiny foci of blooming seen in right parietal and left frontal lobes likely old micro haemorrhage.
Rest of the brain parenchyma is normal.
Cerebellum, brainstem and pituitary gland are normal.
Lateral third and fourth ventricles are prominent in size.
Basal cisterns fissures and sulci are prominent suggestive of cerebral atrophy.
No midline shift seen.
Note is made of deviation of nasal septum towards left side.
Started Epilive 500 twice a day three days back.
Todat severe headache on right side behind ear. Please advise.
Earlier symptoms of forgetting for 2-3 minutes.

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The Mri features are suggestive of age related brain atrophy.
The etiological risk factors may be hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, vitamin B 12 deficiency.
Epilive is antiepileptics and is given for seizure.
Memory impairment is also due to brain atrophy and requires investigation in details.
Blood investigations like blood sugar, Thyroid profile, vitamin B 12, liver function test or kidney function test should be done.
Headache at present seems not to be related to these findings and may be unrelated.
You can take pain killers for releif.
Is there any history of fever, vomiting?
For memory problem, drugs like rivastigmine, memantine or donepizil can be taken.
