Brief Answer:
Ring worm skin problem

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.

Since Nuforce 400 (Fluconazole 400 mg) and lobet (clobetasol) oint are not producing the desired result, you need to switch over to griseofulvin (a daily dose of 500 mg microsized or 375 mg ultramicrosized griseofulvin administered with a fatty meal is an adequate dose for most dermatophyte infections refered to as "ringworm"). The duration of anti-fungal therapy may be 2 weeks for uncomplicated tinea corporis, 8–12 weeks for tinea capitis, or as long as 6–18 months for nail infections.
Topical imidazoles, triazoles, and allylamines may be effective therapies for dermatophyte infections and should replace lobet (clobetasol) which is a steroid preparation.
You need to discuss with your dermatologist.

Brief Answer:
You should also get a fungal culture done

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

You can also add another ointment called Terbinafine. It is available as Lamisil ointment.

Since you have been having these complaints since so long, I would also like to suggest you to get a fungal culture done from the lesions you have. Please ask your family members too to follow the investigations I mentioned in the previous answer and take medicines accordingly.
