4) Oral decongestant like tablet levocetrizine with phenylephrine.
5) Cofryl syrup contains Diphenhydramine which can be used for relieving your runny nose. This is also effective in relieving nasal block, itching.
6) Strepsils which you have got could be used for temporary relief of sore throat.

1) You can take tablet amoxicillin with clavulinic acid combination 625mg two times a day after food for 5 days.
Names: Tab Augumentin 625 or Tab Bactoclav 625 or any other which contains amoxicillin with clavulinic acid.
2) Oral decongestant tablet containing levocetrizine and phenylephrine
Name: Tab sinarest levo
3) For pain relief tablet paracetamol.
Name: Tab Dolo 500
