Majority of cases of runny nose is due to viral infection,so you will require symptomatic treatment only.

1) Take Antihistamines like levocetrizine 10 mg or benadryl twice daily for runny nose available over the counter.

2) Nebulization with steam inhalation 2 to 3 times daily will be helpful for symptomatic relief.

3) You may continue with Nasivion nose drops but do not take it frequently.

4) Drink plenty of fluids and avoid cold water or any other cold products like ice-cream etc

I will expect that you will start improving within 2 or 3 days with this symptommatic treatment.
