Brief Answer:
Try antihistamine

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Usually running nose at this age is due to viral infection or Allergy.
I usually prescribe antihistamine like chlorpheniramine and phenylephrine drops 0.3 ml twice daily .
It is better to show him to your Pediatrician in a day or two to rule out other infections in ear , throat or chest .
If he develops other symptoms like fever or breathing difficulty, you need to consult immediately.
Make sure he takes feeds frequently and passes urine at least six to eight times a day.
Wishing your child good health and speedy recovery.
Regards
Dr Arun
