Brief Answer:
can try pseudoephedrine

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

You can take sudafed (pseudoephedrine), this is a well known decongestant and it has no known interactions with the medications mentioned (virtussin--codeine and guaifenesin, azithromycin and benzonatate.

You can also consider topical agents such as otrivine or normal saline drops along with the oral pseudoephedrine.
These also have a decongestant effect.
