Brief Answer:
Eyelid Dermatitis
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for uploading the photo.
Based on the image you uploaded, its Eyelid Dermatitis. Wash your face especially when you are done with work outside and come back home to get rid of accumulated dust and other allergens over the eyelids.
Clobetasol or cortisone topical steroid cream can be applied over the affected areas once or twice daily for 10 days. Most likely, improvement will be seen. If little or no improvement is evident then clotrimazole can also be added for 10 more days in consultation with your doctor.
