Suggest Treatment For Sciatica Pain

Question: Hello,
I have some back issues. I have 2 bulging discs, severe arthritis on the lumbar and lower spine, and my sciatica hurts so much my leg sometimes gives out. I have been to a Pain Management doctor and had the Cortizone shots, which did not help. I am on Oxycodone/Acetamine 7.5-325MG tablets. They do nothing for me. In fact, I told them this many times and they said to exercise along with it. I have been walking, riding my bike, exercising - and then I can barely move for a few days! I was taking these for a few months, but I do not take them daily so I don't get used to them. When I do take them, I take one, and then before the 12 hours is up, I take another. Still no relief. I am going to the doctor next week. What should I suggest to help me with the pain since this is just like taking Advil to me?
Thanks
