Brief Answer:
D penicillamine, methotrexate, bovine collagen are options

Detailed Answer:
Dear friend, greetings from HCM.... i understand your problems...
Patients with high BP especially with scleroderma must monitor the BP regularly...you are on losartan and nicardia retard that s good and continue with regular check....associated symptoms need to be taken care of ...
D penicillamine, methotrexate, bovine collagen ... other anti-inflammatory and immuno-supressive agents depending on your symptoms will be addressed. You need to meet your dermatologist for complete advice related to this.

Regarding your diabetes you need to check your HbA1c, Microalbuminuria, Fasting glucose, and post prondial glucose for further assessment / change in the drugs..as of now your medications are ok.. but lifestyle changes are key to the management of diabetes ....

first stay away from all the fast / processed / and fried food stuffs .. divide your meal in to 4-5 parts per day whenever you feel hungry.. add more of fiber rich food stuffs like green leafy vegetables, raw fruits.. (not juices), eat very less of carbohydrates (rice) avoid sugar completely.. take Millets and breads prepared out of it like ragi.. ragi is a very good source of calcium too...do take more of proteins ... like egg white... say no to oils and cholesterol rich food stuffs ... u can take fish (boiled) but chicken (without skin) rarely... based on this you prepare your diet chart and strictly follow it ..

Do exercise .. walk at least half an hour to one hour a day ... try and practice yoga and pranayama ... some aasanas are very easy to practice and also beneficial. Quit smoking and reduce your alcohol intake. Moreover, beet root juice (inorganic nitrate), olive leaves, garlic, turmeric, tamarind also have proven benefits. if u can follow these (have to!!) you can definitely see difference yourself by the time you have your next blood investigation report in two months ...ALL THE BEST
