I have gone through your query. Sclerosing lymphangtis is basically a skin condition of shaft of penis which occurs due to vigorous sexual activity. Lymphatic vessels get block resulting in swelling. Is there any history of pain ? In most of the cases it resolves itself in 1-2 weeks. The main thing to take care of is to abstain from sex for this period so that penis gets rest for complete recovery. If pain occurs then you can take ibuprofen twice a day.
