Suggest Treatment For Scratch Like Mark On The Foreskin

Question: Hi, I have a scratch like mark on foreskin which runs from the bridge between my foreskin and penis head straight down the shaft. I'm not sure what it could be? I had unprotected oral sex about 2 months ago but have since had checks for stds like chlymidia and also hiv test which have all been negative. Am I missing something here?
