Need to follow proper treatment regimen
Detailed Answer:
Hai,
psoraisis is an auto immune disorder.
According to Ayurveda, Psoriasis occur due to imbalance of two doshas - Vata and Kapha.
Stress and anxiety are precipitating factor. Lifestyle and diet also plays a major role in all skin diseases.
A strict diet regime has to be followed during the entire treatment period and it is better to continue as vegetarian. Fired items,Yogurt, black gram, chilies and salted thing have to be restricted. It is better to avoid refrigerated/chilled foods.
Eat Steamed rice and vegetables and green gram and fruits.
Buttermilk allowed. Cereals and legumes are allowed in steamed form.
Meditation is advised to reduce your stress and depression. It is the most important treatment recommendation when it comes to psoriasis .Psoriatic must keep a state of mental calmness.

Need proper line of treatment protocol
Detailed Answer:
Hai,
Yes u can take idly and dosa. Milk is allowed.
No need for acne treatment in allopathy. Kindly follow the ayurvedic medicine . It is well enough to cover your skin problems.
As both skin and respiratory problems are interlinked. As allergies would have been causing you the frequent cold and sinus problems.we should fix the issues.
as treating both skin and sinus problem need physical and systemic examination,so I suggest to visit an ayurvedic physician in person to evolve you properly and guide to have better treatment protocol for both your skin problem and sinus problems.
Hope I answered your query.kindly let me know if there any clarification.
