Brief Answer:
The treatment depneds on the cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
Hypervitaminosis D- high levels of vitamin D - is a rare but potentially serious condition. It occurs when you take in too much vitamin D everyday for 3 months or more. It is a buildup of calcium in your blood (hypercalcemia), which can cause poor appetite, nausea and vomiting. Weakness, frequent urination and kidney problems also may occur.
Secondary hyperparathyroidism happens in response to low calcium levels usually seen in chronic kidney failure. The treatment is done according to the cause detected after detailed investigations. Calcium and vitamin D3 restriction is advised with phosphate binders to avoid calcium absorption.
I hope this answers your query.
