Brief Answer:
Possible seizure disorder with behaviour abnormalities

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir

I can certainly understand your concern.

I have worked through your query in detail.

As per your clinical history, the possibility of seizure disorder with behaviour abnormalities is high in your son's case.

It's pretty important to restart anti seizure medications and further get an MRI brain to rule out an organic pathology.

An EEG during the Fits is possible may provide large clues to diagnose any epilepsy.

Get these investigations at the earliest to decide further course of management.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you
