Brief Answer:
Start using desensitizing tooth paste.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for writing in.

If you have sensitivity in teeth you should start using desensitizing tooth paste containing pottasium nitrate & strontium chloride.
Numbness of tongue could be due to allergic conditions or burning mouth syndrome.
Staining of teeth could be due to smoking or excessive tea intake.

You need to go for scaling if you have excessive staining.

Consult your dentist for further treatment plan.

Hope I answered your query

Wishing you good health
