Suggest Treatment For Serotonin Syndrome With Excessive Sweating, Shaking And Difficulty In Walking
Question: I'm concerned that I might have serotonin syndrome, and need advice as to whether or not I should go to the hospital.
i'm experiencing shaky, sweating, difficult in walking like normal, my short term memory is not stellar - often forget what i am doing. it's been going on for about 3 hours now
I really need some help figuring out what to do, or if I am overreacting.

it started about half an hour after taking the methylone. no stressful events

Brief Answer:
it is due to meth
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for answer.
It is not serotonin syndrome but it is side effect of MDMA drug. As well as there is possibility of interaction between MDMA and prozac. Prozac will increase the level or effect of methamphetamine by affecting hepatic enzyme CYP2D6 metabolism. Better to consult doctor for treatment.
And please do not take such abusive drug.
Feel free to discuss further.

Does that mean that MDMA works similarly to meth, as methylone is a close cousin of MDMA?
Also i tested it, so am a fairly sure it was methylone not meth.

Brief Answer:
yes biologically active some what similarly
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Yes MDMA works similarly like meth biologically up to some extent and gives euphoria. However MDMA is less potent than meth. It releases dopamine and causes euphoria and also high sympathetic activity which is somewhat responsible for your symptoms.
In your case possibility of drug interaction is more rather than only side effects.
Hope this answers your question.
