Question: I having abdominal pain and feell like my stomach is bloated, If feels like cramps, like when you have you period, but I am in menopause.I also have a gassy stomach feel like I have nausea.
Brief Answer:
Bowels obstruction should be ruled out.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
If you are also unable to pass gas and stool, bowels obstruction should be ruled out. The possible reasons of bowels obstruction are abdominal adhesions, large intestine tumor, sigmoid colon strangulation, intestine ischemia.
Accelerated heart rate and dark urine can be also present. If your heart rate is over 100, you should not wait and visit ER.
Abdominal x-ray and ultrasound are the first test you should have done. Colonoscopy should be scheduled.
Hope this helps.
Regards.

I am able to pass gas and stool. that's not a problem.
Brief Answer:
You may wait and see.
Detailed Answer:
Than you may wait and see. Please try some muscle relaxing medicines like Metamizole or Buscolisine. Have a hot bath (it relaxes smooth muscles) and start probiotic intake. If this is not a serious issue (like mild infection), the symptoms should go away or improve within 12-24 hours.
And no matter if you will recover from that without medical attention or not, colonoscopy should be done either way.
