Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain

Question: My wife is complaining about abdominal pain from yesterday night. Taking gastric related syrup somewhat reduces the symptom for some time but the pain is recurring. She complains about hardness of stomach, burning sensation in upper abdominal area and nausea. She also complains about pain in the middle of the chest.

Thank you for query.
I think your wife is having gastritis. You can ask her to take Tab Pan twice daily half an hour before food,Syrup Sucrafil 10ml thrice daily.
Avoid spicy food, high fatty diet,
Plenty of fluid intake and fruit juices can be taken.
If the pain still persists then consult a physician.
