I did ultrasound today due to little pain at lower left side abdomen. I got results. I would appreciate if you can look at the result and let me know risk associated with it.

It shows:
Gall bladder neck shows few small hyperechoic lesions measuring 3-5 mm with post -acoustic shadowing. This is indicative of gall bladder stones. Being small are more dangerous as they can pass through the cystic duct to cause obstruction of the common bile duct causing obstructive jaundice and pancreatitis hence should be treated by gall bladder removal. This can be confirmed by EUS that endoscopic ultrasound.
Grade I fatty liver can be treated by reducing fats in diet, no alcohol if you are taking.
4 mm calculus in mid-pole of left kidney: Take plenty of water and oral fluids, get urine tested and treated as per the reports if anything positive and in most of the cases this gets diluted or passed out with or without pain as it is small.
