Bloating and loose stools sometimes feels like my stomach going to blow up
Brief Answer:
Clinical examination and proper investigations
Detailed Answer:
Bloating to the extent that you feel that the stomach will blow up indicates a possibility of an intestinal obstruction of some sort and loose motions may be due to spurious diarrhea or the basic cause of the symptoms due to intestinal infection.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
X-ray of the abdomen in standing position, particularly when the abdomen is bloated.
Ultrasonography and CT scan of abdomen helps a lot - preferably done when the symptoms are present.
Tests of stool and blood.
Colonoscopy if required.
All these things help to pinpoint the the exact diagnosis in such a way that a proper curative treatment can be planned.
I hope this answer helps you.
