Suggest Treatment For Severe Adenomyosis

Question: 10months ago at age 34 I required an emergency hysterectomy due severe adenomyosis which was causing me to nearly bleed to death. Hormones did not help. Post op My uterus was larger than a full term babys head (16cm) and triple the normal weight. All pathology came back clean. Everything except for my ovaries was taken.
The surgery was laproscopic and my dr said my ovaries looked normal (no cysts or masses etc). Id also recently had a transvaginal ultrasound which showed normal ovaries. I healed very well although due to the years of excessive of bleeding I had severe anemia and malnutrition .
Almost a year has passed and everything is better except for two things I notice
1) I still experience mild pms/menstrual ovulation cramps which my dr said is normal
2) I checked and noticed very light pink spotting. Not enough to require any pad but very small . I am scared? I dont have uterus, tubes, cervix, so what is the spotting? And why now when I have light cramps

Brief Answer:
Local examination
Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam, thanks for trusting HealthcareMagic
Yes it is very common to have cramps and slight pin off and on
These will improve over time but slight spotting whether light is not a good thing and needs evaluation
Most commonly it is because of estrogen deficiency but since your ovaries are in place it should not happen
Get a local examination from your gynaecologist to see the reason behind this
Otherwise we will get an ultrasound done

What can it indicate? Can it be from a mild yeast infection ?
Brief Answer:
Local examination must
Detailed Answer:
I don't think so as in yeast infection usually there is itching and no bleeding so in my opinion get local examination and Pap smear to see the cause
Most common reason is local healing problem but cannot be taken lightly
All the best
