Question: I had un protected secx during my periods before this also iam having heavy abnormal bleeding but no pain no changes in my body nothing but continously bleeding for more than two months i have once consulted the gynocologist she suggested me something tab related to pause mf and another one i didnt remember now after taking that for three days it stopped and i used to masturbate a lot and again my bleeding started and it didnt stopped til now can u help me to come out of this problem doctor

Hormonal imbalances
Infection or inflammation of the genital tract

Since how long you are having this abnormal bleeding?
Had your doctor advised you for any investigationso?
Do you experience burning sensation in urine or having increased frequency of urine.

I would advise you for a battery of tests like CBC, urine culture and hormonal study and an ultrasound pelvis to establish a diagnosis.

Meanwhile maintain good hygiene
Have plenty of fluids
Try to abstinence for mastrbation or be careful to avoid any injury.

She has suggested nothing she has given me tablets and told me to use them for three days and then i did that and it stopped and again started doing mastrbation it again started.iam having this problem for the past three months no buring sensation nothing iam alright iam good at my health except this bleeding due to heavy flow sometimes i feel giddy otherwise iam very much ok doctor

Pause mf contains tranxemic acid and mafenemic acid, it should not be taken for long period.

In my opinion you should consult your gynaecologist again for progesterone pills under supervision.

Irregular and abnormal bleeding might be related to number of factors and in your case your doctor has to diagnose underlying cause for heavy bleeding which could be hormonal imbalance, thyroid disease or infection or inflammation of the genital tract.
Another possibility at your age is Ovarian cyst or endometrial disease.
