Suggest Treatment For Severe Anxiety, Stress And Anger In A Teenager
Question: My 13 year old grand daughter appears to be getting closer to starting her period. She is angry, anxiety, stressed easily and moody. Do you have resources or suggestions to help with supplements, medication, anything natural she can consume/take that might help with all this?
Brief Answer:
do not worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Your grand daughter is undergoing normal changes experienced by most women at this age. The hormonal surges can cause moodiness and irritability. She does not need any medications for it.
She requires only proper information from you or her mother regarding the natural changes to her body happening at puberty, along with your personal experiences which will ease her mind and also make her realize that others in the family have also been through the same thing.
Do not consider any supplements or medications as they are not required.
Hope this helps. Feel free to ask further
Regards

So, you are saying that vitamin B, D, calcium, magnesium and vitamin E will not help?
Brief Answer:
not helpful to take them.
Detailed Answer:
No these are not indicated for her, nor will they help.
These are just vitamin supplements if she has a normal healthy diet not required at all.
