Question: I have lower right side back pain,on movement and walking,also pressure from fight testicle,its not swollen just feels like something is squeezing slightly, urine seems to look normal,and am urinateing normally,just a little UN comfortable..

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have lower back pain and discomfort in testicle .

This could be mostly due to stone in Ureter or UTI and needs to confirmed .

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
