Brief Answer:
Lumbar spondylosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Thanks for the query.

Kindly answer a few questions for me to have a better understanding of the problem.

Do you have back pain that radiates to the lower limbs?

Any tingling or numbness sensation?

Does the back pain aggravate on bending forwards or lifting weights ?

Usually common causes of back pain in your age group include lumbar spondylosis, kidney stones, excessive gas in the abdomen, pancreas problems due to alcohol intake etc.

Commonly lumbar spondylosis can cause low back pain that aggravates on bending forwards or lifting weights, cause tingling and numbness sometimes if there is slip disc.

It is best to get an Xray of the lumbosacral spine. Avoid bending forwards or lifting weights. Do low back extension exercises and physiotherapy. Eat healthy and drink plenty of water. You can take Tablet Diclofenac and Thicolchicoside combination twice a day for 5 days after meals and Tablet Ranitidine 150mg twice a day for 5 days before meals. Apply hot packs to the painful regions.

Kindly upload the Xray if possible.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
