After multiple injuries and compression fractures the bones are more likely to develop post traumatic arthritis and progressive osteoporosis and can cause a chronic pain. This can be the reason of your persistent pain. in addition to the pain killers that you are taking you need regular physiotherapy to maintain the tone and strength of your muscles.

Only exercise and a good diet can help.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
With such multiple injuries you are lucky to have survived. The only way to build strength is a protein and calcium rich diet and gradual exercise- physiotherapy - that can be increased gradually depending on your muscle strength. You need to consult a good physiotherapist and continue with the pain killers as prescribed to you. For pain you can consult a neurologist and get pregabalin like medicines prescribed to deal with the nerve related pain.
Hope my answer is helpful.

next question as you know the hyperthyroidism has obviously been with me for a while, but two years ago I was in a challenging negotiations class for air force contract officers. it felt like I learned so much each day my head was hurting when I would get home. but how can you learn to much to make your head hurt. the forth day of the class, my group went into another room two allow the other team to discuss our proposals. I started feeling as if I was burning up. my cheat hurt and I had a flushed feeling of nausea. my heart was palpitating I remember that. we were called back to the other room and I do not even remember sitting down. I woke up to medical personal all around me I had been seizing so hart for about 8 minutes they tell me but I pulled all of the muscles in my back. A little advise pain killers do not stop muscle pain. not morphine or dilouted. after I got out of the hospital and was still in a wheel chair I did some research and it was steroids that helped that pain. the real question is the hep c was gone and I have never had a seizure in my life nor did I have any other thing that the neurologist could find to explain the seizure. Could this have manifested from a thyroid storm?
Can be due to strong immune system.
Detailed Answer:
Hepatitis C can be cured spontaneously only due to a strong immune system. it is not related to hyperthyroidism.
The seizure that you had could be related to thyroid storm that can be aggravated by anxiety. The cause of such a symptom can best be explained by your treating doctor who examined you at that time.
