Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your carefully and I hope you are not diabetic and other blood test are normal? When did and how did you suffered head and hip fracture?
Lack of energy and body ache may be due to vitamin D and B12 deficiency.
For now my advice would be take balanced diet rich in calcium (1000mg/day) and vitamin D (1000 i.u. /day) along with vitaminB12, B6.
May I know which joints are painful as far as arthritis is concerned?

Lower back hurts.
The hard part I feel in my throat feels damaged or like something is hung inside there. Constant drainage even when taking medication. Back of my head hurts where it is dented in and around to the right side where the temple area is.
Here is what the pill boxes say
Parafon DSC 4 to 6 hrs, Estrace 2mg half a tablet a day, Meloxicam 15 1 a day, ESGIC Take 1 every 4 to 6 hrs, Indocin 50mg 1 time a day, EL 50mg 1 at bedtime, Chlor pr 4mg 1 every 6 hrs, ESGIC Every 6 hrs, Levoquin 1 twice a day, Deltasone 5mg 1 tablet a day. Also, I get 2 shots plus the b12 that is a shot.
Osteoporosis may be the cause of body ache
Detailed Answer:
Hello
It’s good to see you
After going through the whole discussion and drugs you are on it seems you have Osteoporosis i.e. severe weakness of bone, this may be confirmed by BMD scan. This is a treatable condition with drugs like Bisphosphonate (prescription only) along with calcium and vitamin D as discussed earlier.
For arthritis my advice would be take glucosamine, the recommended dose of glucosamine sulphate is 1500mg and chondroitin sulphate is 800-1200mg daily in divides doses. This is usually given for 3 months and then 6 months off after there is symptomatic improvement
Are you able to walk around independently?
I have seen the medicine you are taking and out of them long term use of Esgic leads to drug dependency and you must discuss it with your doctor to look for safe alternative.
Hope this helps and do not hesitate to ask any further query if you have, I shall be glad to answer them.
Take care
