Question: I am not able to control my anger sometimes and after that i am getting chest pain on the right side and severe neck pain.. Planning to go to psychiatrist. May I know if my symptoms are adverse?? a

Practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation. This will help in controlling anger.

Other then this, you can learn to practice progressive muscle relaxation technique from your doctor.
