Brief Answer:
Possibly bleeding ulcer resulting in symptoms and dark stools

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help Your symptoms are clearly due to the ulcer itself and nothing else; as for the darker stools it is usually caused due to either iron supplements or a bleed from an upper part of the gastrointestinal tract.

All of your symptoms point towards a gastrointestinal abnormality, and not a cardiac one. And as you have dark stools, you will undoubtedly need to speak to a gastroenterologist at the earliest as I strongly suspect your ulcers to have begun bleeding, and your diet, stress, long gaps between meals, and other factors could be causing worsening of your current condition.

I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.

Best wishes.
