Detailed Answer:
Hello dear XXXX
Welcome to HCM and thanks for the query
I understand your concern
Chest pain is not due to cardiac cause as your ECG, ECHO and TMT tests are negative.
Your heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol levels are normal.
Your symptoms may be due to panic attack/stress.
- You should go for the ECHO and TMT test if your physician advice for the same.
Otherwise in healthy individual, no need to go for ECHO and TMT regularly.
Blood tests like glycated Hb, blood sugar and lipid profile should be repeated yearly. But You have not need to repeat the tests as your blood tests are completely normal.
- You can go for jogging. Normal heart range is 60-100 beats /minute. Increase heart rate during exercise is normal phenomenon. 90 beats per minutes is not a contraindication for the jogging.
When I do exercise my heart rate will reach around 150-160 beats/minutes.
So just be relax and do regular jogging for 40-60 minutes in the morning.
Also do yoga in the morning for 15-20 minutes.
- Heart rate is not same at all the time. It may increased during the activity, stress and during meal. It is normal.
So just be relax and enjoy life. Spend time with family and friends and enjoy your hobby.
Eat 4 almonds, 4 pistachio, 1 walnut every day.
Eat more green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits, drink plenty of water.
Hope I have answered your query
