Brief Answer:
Digital evacuation or transanal irrigation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

Xray has showed not intestinal obstruction and I presume you are able to pass flatus.
If medications and enema fail and you have not had bowel movements for 12 days, you can use other options like transanal irrigation and digital evacuation.

These are to be done by trained medical professionals only.
Once the impacted stool is evacuated, further evaluation has to be done to find the cause.

Colon transit study, balloon expulsion test, defecography and anorectal manometry have to be done.

Regards,
Dr.R.K.

Brief Answer:
Go to ER

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Since it is nearly 12 days since you had a bowel movement and also that you are having severe discomfort I would advise you to get it done immediately.

You can go to ER for this procedure.

Brief Answer:
Glycerine suppository/ Fleet enema

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You can call GI doctor's office and fix an appointment for tomorrow morning.

Digital evacuation is done by even nurses and not just GI doctors.
So you can ask the ER team whether they can do it for you.
Alternatively you can try glycerine suppository or a Fleet enema rectal at ER if not done already.

Regards,
Dr.R.K
