Explained

Hello and welcome

Your concern is appreciated

The muscle cramps are sudden involuntary contrations can be due to alot of reason like muscle injuries, dehydration, muscle strain, holding position for prolonged time , low levels of calcium potassium sodium magnesium. Low blood supply to legs and feet , spinal nerve compression, kidney failure, hypothyroidism, alcoholism etc.
You can advised to do serum electrolytes and Doppler of legs and even
MRI spine when indicated.
Taking balance diet, keep your self hydrated, good posture and exercise can help too.
