I also keep busy volunteering 2 days a week and play card with friends once a week.
I have started again taking 5mg of celexa and .05mg of ativan together when i started

Brief Answer:
Please provide some more information

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs. McGuire,

Thank you for using HCM to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

Can you give me some more information?
Since when did you feel that you need to restart your medication again?
What are the symptoms that concern you?
I want to reassure you that the tightness in the back of your neck can be from your shoulder position and the pressure in your temples, can be a tensive type headache which can be treated with simple Ibuprofen 400mg.

How is your sleep? The relationship with your friends?

The medicines will need some time to start full effect, and if you have used them for long enough, and they still are not helping you, then the dose can be increased. But again, I will be happy to help, but I need full information about specific details.

Looking forward to your follow up question.

Regards,
Dr. Papaqako

Thank you for answering my concerns, Dr Papaqako. A round the holidays I started to feel depressed because of my husbands passing. also on december 11th
I was trying to hang an ornament on a two step stepstool and fell not getting hurt
so i thought, but went to see my primary doctor and checked me out telling him all
that I have told you. he checked my hands and told me that the blood was flowing
just find, but had me touch my thumb and little finger and asked if i could feel them, answered yes but the rest of my fingers always feel numb, his answer to me was that i have carpel tunnel syndrome, and gave me a scrip for wrist band and i
am to wear the all night until they feel better, and also has sent me to start therapy for my neck and back, i will be starting it this week and hope it works.
relationship with friend is fine and also with sleep.
Thank You Dr. Papaqako

Brief Answer:
The plan you did with your doctor seems good

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs McGuire,

Thank you for the extra information.

The plan that you made with your doctor looks good.
I think the therapy will help you with the tightness behind your neck too, except with the carpal tunnel syndrome.

Just go ahead and talk with him to give you painkillers if needed, that will help with the pressure symptoms over the temple too.

I am happy if I have been somehow of help.
Feel free to get back to me if you have other questions or concerns.

Regards,
Dr. Papaqako
