Brief Answer:
Depression treatment

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

I am sorry to see that you have severe depression. Despite your and your doctors best efforts you are still incapacitated from the depression. It sounds like you have tried antidepressants and even added seroquel as an adjunct to your treatment without improvement. If medication is not helping then have you tried CBT of cognitive behavioral therapy? This is a type of therapy done with a psychologist to help you work through what we call distorted thinking. I strongly urge you to seek out a therapist trained in this type of therapy. While waiting you can get a book called the Feel Good Handbook by Dr. Burns. This will help along with medication.

I hope I answered your question. Please contact us again if you have any additional questions
