Question : Doctor since two weeks I am suffering from g i discomfort i am going three times washroom a day i took all the medicine which is usefull in this disease But i don't have any progress now doctor proscribed me stragyl -o 300 u tell me is it better for me

Before i hade ofloxacin+ ornidazole, prebiotics Probiotics for one week.
I did not done any kind of tests,doctor u tell me if the tests are required then you advice me

Satrogyl O drug has an action similar to Ofloxacin +Ornidazole.
Hence this will not be much effective.
You possibly seem to have resistant/partially resolved gastroenteritis.This needs confirmation.
All I advise you to have an Ultrasound abdomen with Stool culture and sensitivity testing.
One the results are out, further accurate management can be formulated.
