Suggest Treatment For Severe Dizziness And Vomiting
this dizziness and vomiting not normally related to middle ear
Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic
The debrox is not likely to help . This is normally used to help remove excess wax from the ear.
Dizziness and vomiting are normally related to the inner ear , which is beyond the ear drum.
The most common causes are: (1) BPPV- dizzy episodes lasts a few seconds to minutes and are worse with some head positions eg person notes if lift head or turn in a particular direction.
(2)meniere's disease- associated with tinnitus (ringing or other noises in the ear), hearing loss, dizzy episodes last for minutes to hours
(3)vestibular neuronitis- dizzy episodes lasts for hours
None of these is related to the presence of wax in the ear so unfortunately the debrox does not have a role in treatment.
Wax is present in the middle and outer ear
If you are known to have excess wax and you are feeling blocked up along with your other symptoms then you can use it to help with that but it would not help with the vomiting and dizziness.
I hope this helps ,feel free to ask any other questions
