Question: HI I've been having problems with my head...out of the blue, feeling like I'm passing out. I have 3 anuerisms in my brain, but was told they are encased with an eggshell covering, and not to worry about them. Seems my left eye crosses, and I can't see, I'm severely dizzy...and then after a few minutes it goes away. I've actually passed out while driving my car 3 times, but was lucky to pull over, could this be a form of AFib ??? That runs in my family too ?

Brief Answer:
Afib diagnosis

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking. I have gone carefully through your questions. You have 3 aneurisms in your brain, but the good news is that it isn't dangerous for your health.Your family history of AFib it is risk factors for you too. Some Afib symptoms are general fatigue, dizziness, shortness of breath and anxiety, fluttering, chest pain, passing out ets.My opinion is that you have to see a cardiologist,to have exams and holter rhythm monitor.Hope this answer your question. If you have additional questions please don't hesitate in writing to us.Kindly Dr Esmeralda
