Brief Answer:
in 3 hours is okay

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
She does need to be seen today. The rupture was probably due to infection which needs to be treated but it is not an emergency.
As long as she gets seen today she should be fine.
She can take ibuprofen or tylenol for pain as needed
Warm compresses may also be helpful
