i am 55 years old n taking medicine for bp for last 15 years n a smoker also. now i am taking telma AM morning Telma 40 mg in evening. till 6 months back i had good erectile. but recenty it is noticed that i had severely erectile problem. i have no any suger problem pl adviise me

Try to quit smoking .

Get your blood test for Testosterone levels done .With advancing age there is 1% reduction of testosterone for every year and thi can also contribute to reduce the sexual potency.

Taking Sildenafil or Tadalafil one hour before sex will help to get good hard erection o have enjoyable sex .

Get the prescription nd guidance regarding dose from your family physician .
