Suggest Treatment For Severe Gastritis And Chest Pain

No concerns. No pathological phenomena
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for your question and welcome to HCM. I understand your concern.
Well, I would like to reassure you that there is nothing to be worried about. The pounding you sense and see in your stomach happens to anyone, because the abdominal aorta is projected there. In every beat, in certain positions, anyone can notice their "belly bouncing".
As for the strange feeling in your chest, well, due to gastritis, there is stomach acid content reflux to the oesophagus. Due to the oesophagus being anatomically adjacent to the heart, there may be ectopic beats from time to time (harmless heart beats that are pounded and felt as a discomfort by the patient). Also, as a response to your fear as there may be something wrong going on with you, the human body responds with excess levels on the adrenalin which, in turn, may cause rapid, forceful heart beats and, also, ectopic beats. My opinion is that there is nothing to be worried about and nothing is wrong with your heart.
I hope my answer is helpful. I am happy yo help, if you have follow-up questions.
Best regards,
Dr. Meriton
