Question: Afternoon,
Doctor XXXXXXX XXXXXXX three days ago I sent you reports on my wife about her minor stroke and her episodes that she keeps having. She is still under medication but yesterday night she had very severe and traumatic headache, she said she felt like vomiting but the pain was excessive. Upon calling the doctor attending to her he advised on giving tramadol after which the pain subsided, please I need advice on what to do as this is still occurring.

I have noted that the headaches are still continuing in your wife's case.

Giving tramadol is fine, however, we need to know the current status of her brain.

In that regard, please get a brain scan- MRI brain with venogram done, so that we can understand the current status.

After that, we would be able to start more specific medications to cure her problem.
