Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache, Fever And Tick Bite On The Upper Back

Question: I am a 52 years old woman. I recently developed a fever of 101.9 with a bad headache, sore neck and macules or red unraised red spots which do not itch on trunk and extremities (not on face). I was bitten by a tick about 2 weeks ago on my upper back. It does not have a bull's eye pattern but it is still red and painful. I also have a strange blister on my ear that is not a pustule. Other symptoms include constipation and swollen lymph nodes near the site of the tick bite. I started taking a Zpack 3 days ago which was not prescribed to me. I feel better but the red spots and headache are not gone. What could this be?
Brief Answer:
Fever with rash
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns
You are concerned about having a recent tick bite and new fever with rash. Despite being on Zpack I think you need to see a medical provider. Because of the rash and fever and headache I am concerned that your symptoms maybe a tick borne disease like rocky mounted fever. The headache could be a mild cause of meningitis or just tension headache from the fever but without a proper exam I can't say over the internet. I recommend that you either see your medical provider today or go to an urgent care/ER for full evaluation
